Export non-translation issues to the external issue-tracking system

Important

Rigi issue tracker is a Beta product.

If your company uses the Jira Service Management solution to report and manage project issues, you can configure your Rigi server to automatically create Jira tickets of a specific type for non-translation issues reported in Rigi.

To configure the integration for a specific Rigi project, perform the following steps:

  1. Add the required issue tracker profile in the Rigi server settings (for details, see Configure issue tracker profiles).

Server settings can only be configured by users with the 'Subscriber' role.

  2. In the Rigi project menu, select the issue tracker profile in the Settings > Review display and click the Save button.
