Configure feedback settings
Important
The settings and actions described below are only available for Rigi subscribers. For details, see the User roles section.
In the 
(system menu) > Server settings > Feedback display, you can configure the behavior of the Feedback button.
From the Feedback type dropdown, select one of the options that specifies what happens after a user clicks the Feedback button:
Default to display the Report feedback popup.
Redirect URL to open your custom link.
Message to display a popup containing a custom message.
