Configure issue tracker profiles

Important

Rigi issue tracker is a Beta product. Currently, only the Jira Service Management system is available for selection.

Important

The settings and actions described below are only available to Rigi subscribers. For details, see the User roles section.

You can link your Rigi projects to external issue-tracking systems to create tickets for non-translation issues. To do so, add an issue tracker profile by performing the following steps:

  1. Select the user_menu.png icon (system menu) > Server settings > Integrations > Issue tracker profile.

  2. Click the Create profile button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. The Create issue tracker profile wizard is displayed.

  3. In the Credential wizard screen, perform the following:

    1. In the Tracking system URL field, enter the URL of the external issue-tracking system.

    2. In the Tracking system login field, enter your login for the external issue-tracking system.

    3. In the API key field, enter your API token for the external issue-tracking system.

    4. Click the Next button.

  4. In the Profile settings wizard screen, perform the following:

    1. Enter a name for this profile.

    2. In the Jira project field, enter the name of the Jira project in which tickets are to be created.

    3. Select the Issue type to specify which tickets will be created in the issue-tracking system. The fields linked to the selected issue type will be displayed below.

    4. Enter the required information or select the required options in the issue-linked fields.

    5. Click the Create button.

The newly created issue tracker profile can now be used to export non-translation issues to issue-tracking system (for details, see Export non-translation issues to the external issue-tracking system).

To edit an existing profile, click the Edit_new.png 'Edit' icon in the Actions column.

To delete a profile, click the Red_bin.png 'Delete' icon in the Actions column.
