Error Logs
In the Error Logs display, you can track errors that occurred when uploading screenshots via external tools, such as Rigi CLI. For each unsuccessful upload, you can check the following details:
Error occurrence date and time.
Upload action type.
Error message linked to this upload.
Name of the file that was not uploaded correctly.
To display the cause of the error, click the 
icon in the right-hand side column. The Error Details popup will be displayed, in which you can click the Show Technical Details button to view the failure reason.
