Sorting a content item or translation project list
You can sort the list that is displayed in a XTM Connect – HubSpot tab screen at any time. You sort the list entries by the different list columns that are displayed. Sorting does not change any content or the priorities of the entries in lists you see.
The procedure is identical in the Add content and Translation queue tab screens, so it is only described once, here.
By default, items are initially sorted in descending order. To sort them by ascending order, by a particular column heading, select that column heading:
click once to sort in ascending order (the arrow by the column heading points up, to indicate sorting in ascending order).
click once more to sort in descending order (the arrow by the column heading points down, to indicate sorting in descending order).
Note
You can only sort items in the Add content list by Content name or Date updated. (You can sort items by any column heading in the Translation queue list.)
