Limiting list lengths in all Administrator panel tab screens
In the XTM Connect – HubSpot Administrator panel tab screens, you can limit the number of items displayed.
To limit the number of items displayed in a particular list:
In the Administrator panel, select the tab screen in which you want to limit the number of items displayed.
In the Rows per page field at the top or bottom of the tab screen, on the right, specify how many list items (= table rows) are to be displayed. To do so, select a value from the dropdown. Example: 20.
XTM Connect – HubSpot displays the number of list item rows you have selected, and also shows how many list items there are in total, in that tab screen.
Note
Limiting the number of items displayed does not change any content or the priorities of the entries in lists you see.
