Limiting list lengths in XTM Connect – HubSpot tab screens
In the XTM Connect – HubSpot tab screens, you can limit the number of items displayed.
The procedure is identical in the Add content and Translation queue tab screens, so it is only described once, here.
To limit the number of items displayed in a particular list, in the Rows per page field at the bottom of the tab screen, on the right, specify how many list items (= table rows) are to be displayed. To do so, select a value from the dropdown.
Example: 20.
Result: XTM Connect – HubSpot displays the number of list item rows you have selected, and also shows how many list items there are in total, in that tab screen.
Note
Limiting the number of items displayed does not change any content or the priorities of the entries in lists you see.
