Finding a content item or translation project
To find a content item or translation project, you can search for it via its name, or part of its name, in the appropriate XTM Connect – HubSpot tab screen.
The procedure is identical in the Add content and Translation queue tab screens, so it is only described once, here.
In the appropriate XTM Connect – HubSpot tab screen, select the Search field at the top of the screen, on the right.
In the Search field, enter the name, or part of the name, for the item or project that you want to find.
As soon as you enter a string of characters in the Search field, the list currently displayed in the screen is filtered. Only items or projects with the name that you have entered are displayed, as a search result. You do not, for example, have to select the magnifying glass icon in the Search field to trigger filtering.

The filtering function in the Search field has these features:
The search is based on the item or project name, shown in the Content name column (identically named in both tab screens), which is alphanumerical.
You must enter at least three characters.
The search can find all items or projects whose name begins the same way, if you enter the first few characters of the name.
Alternatively, enter the exact name for the item or project you want to find.
