Adding an end-user (1)
Note
You can only add one end-user at a time. An end-user is a person who uses XTM Connect – HubSpot to request translations in HubSpot and send them to XTM Cloud. In XTM Cloud, they are referred to as a Project manager. They are not a Linguist (a person who actually translates source texts).
Log in to the XTM Connect – HubSpot Administrator panel.
In the Administrator panel, select the Users tab.
Select the Add user button. The Add user screen is displayed.
In the Email field, enter the email address for this new end-user.
In the Password field, enter the password that this new end-user will use to log in.
Enter the end-user's First name.
Enter the end-user's Last name.
From the Client dropdown, select the client for which you are creating this end-user.
Select the Interface language for this new end-user. This is the language in which HubSpot screen texts such as column headings, and product-specific texts, are displayed.
Currently, only English (UK) is available.
Select the Active checkbox if you want this end-user to be active now. If not, do not select Active.
To open a connection to XTM Cloud, for this user, select the Disconnected dropdown, in the Connect to XTM section, to display the XTM Cloud connection parameters for this user.

In the steps below, you are requested to enter login credentials. These will be provided to you by your system administrator.
Enter the XTM URL. This is the URL for the XTM Cloud system to which this user will be connected.
Enter the XTM Company name.
Enter the XTM User. This user name is used to log on to XTM Cloud system.
Enter the XTM Password. This is used to log on to XTM Cloud system.
Select the Connect to XTM button to open the connection to XTM Cloud.
Result: the connection is tested and, if all credentials are correct, the connection is established. The connection status changes to Connected.
Additional parameters are displayed when the connection is established. Set them, to finish adding the new end-user.
