Adding an end-user (2)
Once you have entered the end-user's details and connected to XTM Cloud, additional parameters are displayed:
Select the XTM default customer for which this new user works, from the list of customers that have already been defined in XTM Cloud.
Select the XTM default template from the list of project templates that have been created for the XTM Cloud customer that you have selected in the previous field. This field is only displayed after you select the XTM Cloud customer. It contains a different, dynamically generated dropdown list depending on the customer chosen in the XTM default customer field.
Default source language in CMS: from the dropdown, specify the default source language in your instance of HubSpot. The initial default language is imported from XTM Cloud. You can choose another language if required.
Enforce user and template settings: to specify that the settings you make for this end-user cannot be changed by that end-user when, for example, they create a translation project, select this checkbox.
Select Save.
Result: you have now configured an end-user for this particular instance of XTM Connect – HubSpot. If you want to configure more end-users, repeat this process.
