Removing translation projects from the Translation Queue

You can only remove translation projects whose XTM Status is Cancelled from the Translation Queue. You can:

To remove a single translation project using the context menu icon:
  1. Find the translation project you want to remove and select the context menu icon elipsis.svg located on the far right side of the screen, in the project line.

    Note

    You will also see the red warning icon exclamation-circle-solid.png containing an exclamation mark, indicating that the project has previously been cancelled in XTM Cloud. This icon is located on the far right of the screen, in the project line.

  2. In the context menu icon, select Remove.

    The Remove popup is displayed and you are prompted to remove the project(s).

  3. In the Remove popup:

    • to confirm that you want to remove the project from the Translation Queue, select Remove project.

      A screen message confirms that you have removed the project.

    • if you do not want to remove the project from the Translation Queue, select Cancel.

      The Remove popup closes.

To remove a single or multiple cancelled translation projects from the queue using the bulk Actions menu:
  1. Select the cancelled translation project or projects that you want to remove by selecting the checkbox to the left of the project names.

  2. At the top of the screen, on the left, select the Actions menu.

  3. Select the Remove option.

    The Remove popup is displayed and you are prompted to remove the project(s).

  4. In the Remove popup:

    • to confirm that you want to remove the project(s), select OK.

      Result: A screen message confirms that you have removed the project(s).

    • if you do not want to remove the project(s), select Cancel.

      The Remove popup closes.
