Copying notification content
You can copy the content of a system notification that you have selected in the Notifications at the top of the screen, on the right.
To copy a notification text:
Select the Notifications button at the top of the screen, on the right.
XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management displays a popup containing a list of notifications.
Select the notification by clicking on it in the popup list.
To copy the notification message and its stack trace to the Clipboard on your computer, select the copy icon (at the top, on the right).
You can now, for example, go to the XTM Support portal and request support. When you do so, include the message and stack trace in your request.
