Filtering the Translation queue list

You can filter the projects list by different criteria, to display only the projects that are relevant to you. You can select single or multiple criteria. If you select multiple criteria, only projects that match all of these filters will be displayed.

To filter the Translation queue list to display specific translation projects:
  1. In the XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management Translation queue screen, select the Filter button at the top of the screen, on the left.

  2. In the Filter popup, specify at least one of the values:

    Some filter criteria fields are plain text, and others are dropdowns: enter the required value in plain text fields and/or select the required value from dropdowns.

    • Project ID (text field) — only list projects that have a specific project ID.

    • Job ID (text field) — only list projects that have a specific job ID

    • File name (text field) — only list projects that contain a file with a specific name.

    • Source language (dropdown with single, multiple, and all selections possible) — only list projects that have one specific source language.

    • Target language (dropdown with single, multiple, and all selections possible) — only list projects that have one specific or more than one target languages.

    • Date added (date picker) — only list the projects added to the Translation queue on the selected date

      Note

      Date added cannot be set in the future (all days in the future are inactive and are grayed out).

    • Due date (date picker) — the date on which the projects you are selecting are due for return to Oracle.

    • Standard XTM workflow step (dropdown with single, multiple, and all selections possible) — only list projects which have reached a particular workflow step (such as, for example Revision.

    • XTM status (dropdown with single, multiple, and all selections possible) — only list projects which have a particular translation status in XTM Cloud.

    • Progress (progress bar slider) — only list projects in which a particular progress level has been achieved.

      Example 1. Examples of filtering using the progress bar slider:
      • to only list projects with 100% progress, move the slider to the maximum right side.

      • to only list projects with a progress level between 0% and 30%, move the slider until you reach the 30% point on the slider.


  3. When you have set the criteria you require:

    • To apply your filter settings, select Apply, in the Filter popup.

      The Filter popup closes. XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management filters the projects list and only displays the ones that are relevant to you.

      You can download the information with projects that match your filtering criteria in .xlsx format.

    • To cancel the Filter setting definition, select Cancel.

      The Filter popup closes. XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management displays the projects list in the same way as before.

    • To reset your filter settings, select the Reset search button.
