Tasks tab
To see all the tasks created so far within XTM Connect, select XTM Connect and then the Tasks tab.
The table in the Tasks tab screen displays the following information about the tasks:
Project name – The unique name of the project created within XTM Connect. Sortable in ascending or descending order.
Bucket name – The unique name of the configuration bucket used to create the project. Sortable in ascending or descending order.
Customer – ID of the customer for whom the task has been created. Sortable in ascending or descending order.
Project template – ID of a project template selected for the relevant configuration bucket. Sortable in ascending or descending order.
Source language – Source language for all files within the relevant project. Sortable in ascending or descending order.
Target languages – Target languages for all files that need to be translated in the relevant project.
Created by – ID of an XTM Cloud user specified for XTM Connect. Sortable in ascending or descending order.
Created at – Date and time that the task was created. Sortable in ascending or descending order.
Updated at – Date and time that the task was last updated. Sortable in ascending or descending order.
Status – Information about the repository synchronization and the project status:
Synchronized – XTM Connect – Git has been synchronized with Git repository.
Project created – Project has been created based on the selected configuration bucket.
Finished – Project has been finished and XTM Connect – Git has been synchronized with the Git repository.
Select the context menu icon to the left of the relevant task to display the following options:
Delete – Use this option to delete the selected task.
Note
When you delete the task, XTM Cloud also automatically deactivates the project that has been created based on it.
