Smart quote page
On the smart quote page, you can check, change, and add the details about the service you are offering to the client. You can also add extra information to make the quote more specific.
At the top of the page, the quote's ID, name, and action menu icon are displayed.
To change the quote’s name, click on it and enter a new name.
You cannot change the quote’s ID, but you can change how quotes are numbered in XTRF by editing the Quote numbering scheme in the
Configuration menu > Templates > Numbering Schemes. For details, see Numbering Schemes.Open the quote action menu by clicking the
icon to do the following:To create another quote with the same data (except for the files and the information from the Finances card), select Duplicate quote.
To remove the quote from your system, select Delete.
To archive a rejected quote, select Archive (for details, see Archive projects and quotes).
