Smart projects
A Smart project's page consists of several cards arranged in logical order. Here you can check, update, and add project details, as well as manage the entire localization process.
At the top of the page, the project’s ID, name, and action menu icon are displayed.
To change the project’s name, click on it and enter a new name.
You cannot change the project’s ID. However, you can change how projects are numbered in XTRF. For details, see Numbering Schemes.
Open the project action menu by clicking the
icon to do the following:To create another project with the same data (except for the Volume, Files , and the information from the Finances card), select Duplicate project.
To create a new quote based on the project details: client, service, languages, jobs, vendors, and responsible persons, select Duplicate as quote.
To remove the project from your system, select Delete.
To archive a closed or canceled project, select Archive (for details, see Archive projects and quotes).
If the project has issues that need to be addressed, a special warning will be displayed.
