Quotes module
Main page
The main Quotes page displays a list of your current quotes with their most important details, including status, dates, and total cost. Additionally, you can filter your quotes by status, request date, and offer expiration date.
To locate a specific quote, use the search field at the top of the page.
To open a quote, click anywhere on its line in the list.
To approve or reject a quote with Waiting for your approval status, click the
icon in the left-hand side column and select Accept quote or Reject quote option.Quotes with Waiting for your approval status are always displayed at the top of the quote list.
To reuse the quote data to create a new project or quote, click the
icon in the left-hand side column and select the Reuse details in project or Reuse details in quote option. For details, see Reuse project data in a new project or quote request.
Quote page
This section describes the standard quote page. Your language service provider (LSP) can add custom fields and checkboxes to this page.
On the quote page, you can:
check all quote details.
download quote-related files.
approve or reject quotes sent by your LSP.
request a new project or quote based on the current quote (for details, see Reuse project data in a new project or quote request).
The quote page consists of four cards:
The Basic information card displays the following data:
Offer expiration date and quote status (in the top right-hand corner).
Quote creation date (Requested on).
Deadline date.
Languages.
Assigned sales person.
Total cost (in the bottom left-hand corner).
The Reject quote and Approve quote buttons are only displayed for quotes with Waiting for your approval status.
The Details card displays the following data:
Service.
Specialization.
(Optional) Link for downloading the quote confirmation file.
(Optional) Reference number.
Contact persons from your company.
Custom fields and checkboxes added by your LSP will also be displayed in the Details card.
The Tasks card displays the details for localizing separate language pairs included in the future project.
The Quote files card consists of two tabs, in which you can download source and reference files individually or in bulk.
