  • To locate a specific project, use the search field at the top of the page.

  • To open a project, click anywhere on its line in the list.

  • To reuse the project data to create a new project or quote, click the Vertical_dots.png icon in the left-hand side column and select the Reuse details in project or Reuse details in quote option. For details, see Reuse project data in a new project or quote request.

Projects with Awaiting review status are always displayed at the top of the project list. For more information about reviews, see Perform a review.

This section describes the standard project page. Your language service provider can add custom fields and checkboxes to this page.

On the project page, you can:

The project page consists of the following cards:

  • The Basic information card displays the project's status, start and deadline dates, languages, assigned project manager, and total project cost.

    • For closed projects, the Leave feedback button is displayed. For details, see the Leave feedback guide.

    • When at least one project file is ready to be delivered, the Download all available deliverables as .zip button is activated.

  • The Details card displays the selected service, specialization, reference number (optional), and contact persons.

  • The Tasks card displays the details of localizing separate language pairs included in this project.

Depending on the project type your language service provider (LSP) uses, the task status can either only be Open , or Open, Closed, or Awaiting review. In the latter case, task lines will be clickable and will have their separate pages, on which you can download task-related files.

  • The Project files card consists of three tabs, in which you can download source files, reference files, and deliverables individually or in bulk.

    Important

Some specific file formats, such as xliff or sdlxliff, will not be displayed as source files on the project page despite being processed by your LSP. For this reason, the absence of files in these formats in the Project files should not be perceived as an issue.
