Customer Editor – Subject matter factors
In the Subject matter factors tab, Project Managers can customize the list of subject matters accessible when creating a project for a customer. By adjusting the relevant factor, they are able to alter the price estimate and project duration that is automatically calculated by XTM Cloud.
Procedure. To access the Customer list >

Subject matter factors tab:Select the Customers > Customer list tab.
Select the required customer in the Customer list screen.
Result: the Customer list > Edit view is opened for the selected customer.
From the left-hand side panel, select
Subject matter factors.Result: the Customer list > Subject matter factors settings are displayed.
