What is XTRF AI Copilot?

The XTRF Agentic AI Copilot can autonomously perform selected Home Portal actions on behalf of a Home Portal user. In other words, AI Copilot is your Home Portal assistant who can answer your questions, add new entities, edit different entries, and help you oversee your tasks and meet deadlines.

XTRF AI Copilot is based on the Google Cloud Platform and is managed and hosted by XTM International.

XTRF AI Copilot does not share your data with Google or other third parties. Your messages are not stored.

Thanks to the AI Copilot, instead of clicking through modules, tabs, displays, and fields, you can just type your request in the chat box. In a few moments, you will receive the required information or a link to a newly created entity.

XTRF AI Copilot is an artificial intelligence(AI)-driven feature that uses large language models (LLMs) for textual responses. Its responses can contain incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information (hallucinations). Ensure you double-check AI Copilot's responses and recommendations.

Known limitations

XTRF AI Copilot only supports the English language.

What can XTRF AI Copilot do?

XTRF AI Copilot is a Beta feature. We plan to extend its functionality significantly in the future.

You can ask the AI Copilot to do the following:

  • Create new Smart projects with a specified client, service, volume, languages, and start and deadline dates.

  • Add new client profiles.

  • Estimate deadlines based on past projects.

  • Edit specific fields in existing projects.

  • Analyze, sort, and list projects, for example:

    • active or overdue projects.

    • projects with upcoming deadlines.

    • projects for a specific client.

    • projects with a specific ROI.

  • Define your highest priority tasks on the Home Portal.

  • Invoice your projects.

  • Search through the documentation and find answers to questions about XTRF.
