Sorting projects
In the XTM Portal Project list screen, you can sort the listed projects. In the screen, you see different column headings. By default, the entries in a column are initially sorted in descending order. Sorting does not change any content or the priorities of the entries in the lists you see.
In the menu on the left of the screen, select the project list icon
.In the XTM Portal Project list screen, you can sort translation projects by their:
ID: Project ID in both XTM Portal and XTM Cloud.
Project name.
Customer.
Source language.
Creation date.
Cost estimation date: the date and time when costs were last estimated. For details, see Checking project cost details.
Due date.
Created by: this column is displayed if you have selected the All projects button.
Status.
Estimate: the initial project cost estimate, expressed in the currency selected for the given customer in XTM Cloud. This value is displayed after the project analysis process is finished in XTM Cloud. The calculation method depends on the deployment configuration set for your XTM Portal instance. Final cost: the final invoiced cost generated in XTM Cloud. This value is displayed after the Cost status is changed in XTM Cloud. For details, see Checking project cost details.
Cost status: the status of the final invoiced cost. For details, see Checking project cost details.
To sort the entries in a column, click on the column heading:
once, to sort in ascending order (the arrow by the column heading points up, to indicate sorting in ascending order).
once more, to sort in descending order (the arrow by the column heading points down, to indicate sorting in descending order).
Result: projects in the table are sorted according to your selection.
