Signing up to XTM Portal

Important

This user registration method is only available if your XTM Portal Administrator has enabled it. For details, see Configuring the Login/Sign-up page.

Use this method to create your new user account in XTM Portal.

Procedure. To sign up to XTM Portal:
  1. In the XTM Portal Log in to continue screen, at the bottom of the screen, select Sign up. The Sign up to continue screen is displayed.

  2. In the Sign up to continue screen, enter all required details:

    • Your First name (mandatory).

    • Your Last name (mandatory).

    • Your Email for accessing XTM Portal (mandatory).

  3. Select the Sign up button at the bottom of the screen.

    Result: your account is created. You can either logged in to XTM Portal straight away, or an Administrator must first activate your user account. That depends on a separate setting. For details, see Configuring the Login/Sign-up page.

  4. If the Log in with link button is displayed in the Log in to continue screen, use this login method. Then, you can set your password for XTM Portal. For details, see Editing your user details.

    If the Change password button is displayed in the Log in to continue screen, use this login method to set your password for XTM Portal. For details, see Changing or resetting a password.

    If the Log in with "[SSO service name]" SSO button is displayed in the Log in to continue screen, you can use this login method. However, in this case, until your XTM Portal Administrator changes the Is SSO only setting for you, you will only be able to log in to XTM Portal with SSO.
