XTM Cloud 26.4

The TQI feature (for details, see Global TQI settings) can now be used to assess the quality and accuracy of translations generated not only by LLMs, but also coming from any source, including but not limited to translations generated by Linguists, MT engines, bilingual source files, or coming from Translation Memory.

Users with the XTM Cloud:

• Administrator role can:

  • create new or edit existing automatic workflow steps to enable the TQI feature in these steps. For details, see Workflow step settings.

  • create a new or edit an existing workflow definition to include an automatic workflow step that leverages the TQI feature. For details, see Creating workflow definitions.

• Project Manager role can:

  • use workflow definitions created by an XTM Cloud Administrator that contain automatic steps that leverage TQI when they create new projects. For details, see Creating a project: Workflow.

  • add automatic steps that leverage TQI to their selected workflow definition for existing projects, in Project Editor. For details, see Editing workflow (old Workflow Editor) or Adding steps to a selected workflow definition in the Edit Workflow screen (New Workflow Editor).
