General updates

• You can now configure XTM Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio and make it available for your team in Microsoft Teams or create an agentic flow using the agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio. For details, see XTM Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Teams.

• New languages have been added to XTM Cloud. For details, see Language codes.

• Clients running the new Enterprise or Business subscription (for details, see Licensing) receive a free monthly allowance of 100,000 or 50,000 AI words per XTM Cloud instance, accordingly. These words can be used for one or more of these AI-driven features: AI Translate & TQI (used either with or without the TQI component), AI Post-Edit, and the new TQI. Administrators

• A new TQI feature has been released. It uses the power of Large Language Models and your XTM Cloud resources to automatically evaluate the quality and accuracy of translations generated by LLMs. For details, see Global TQI settings. A user with the XTM Cloud Administrator role can:

  • activate the feature for your XTM Cloud instance. For details, see Activating TQI at global level.

  • manage the feature for your XTM Cloud instance. For details, see Managing TQI at global level.

  • deactivate the feature for your XTM Cloud instance. For details, see Deactivating TQI at global level.

• Better user experience when working in the Configuration > Settings tab: you can now use the search field at the top of this tab screen to find the required features more quickly. For details, see System settings.

• Limited Project Managers (LPMs) can now get access to the New Workflow Editor.

  If LPMs in your XTM Cloud instance already have access to the old Workflow Editor, they will be granted access to the New Workflow Editor at a corresponding level, automatically.

  If your LPMs did not have access to the old Workflow Editor, but you want them to have access to the New Workflow Editor, ask XTM Support to set the required access level for them. For details, see Project Editor – Beta Workflow Editor.

Project Managers

• In the New Workflow Editor, you can now finish or reopen a single job, selected jobs, or all jobs in a selected target language. For details, see:

  • Finishing selected jobs in the Manage jobs view.

  • Finishing all jobs in a selected target language in the Overview screen.

  • Reopening a single job in the Manage jobs view.

  • Reopening selected jobs in the Manage jobs view.

  • Reopening all jobs in a selected target language in the Overview screens.

• If this option has been enabled in their XTM Cloud instance, users with the Limited Project Manager role can now access the New Workflow Editor for a project. However, the level of their access rights can vary. For details, see Project Editor – Beta Workflow Editor.
