What's new in XTM Cloud 26.2
XTM Cloud updates:
General updates
New languages have been added to XTM Cloud. For details, see Language codes.
We renamed two of our AI-based features:
Intelligent Score is now called AI Translate & TQI. For details, see Global AI Translate & TQI settings.
Intelligent Post-Editing is now called AI Post-Edit. For details, see Global AI Post-Edit settings.
These new names are used in the XTM Cloud and in the XTM Cloud Business Intelligence Dashboards graphical user interface. For details, see XTM Cloud Business Intelligence Dashboard documentation.
The DeepL MT engine integration now supports new languages. For details, see DeepL.
Administrators
You can now create and manage multiple Style Guides for your entire XTM Cloud instance. Project Managers can then select one of them for their new projects and project templates. For details, see Style Guide tab.
A new feature has been introduced in the rate card import functionality. Now, when importing rate cards, you can use the If duplicates are found, replace existing rate cards checkbox to overwrite the existing data automatically. Overwritten rate cards are deactivated, but kept in the rate card list. For details, see Importing rate cards.
The confidential customer feature (Beta) improvements:
Access to confidential customer terminology via XTM Workbench has been secured. Users without access to a particular confidential customer can only view that customer's terminology in XTM Workbench. However, they cannot manage it. Only users with access to a particular confidential customer can both view and manage that customer's terminology as defined in their Terminology access rights. For details, see Adding user access rights.
If your LSP subcontracts your project, all your confidential customers' settings are inherited by all subcontractors appointed by them. For details, see Adding LSP access rights.
Project Managers
You can now use new Style Guides, created by your XTM Cloud Administrator, for a specific project template or a newly created project. For details, see:
In the New Workflow Editor, you can now move workflow forwards or backwards for a single job, selected jobs, or all jobs in the selected target language. For details, see:
