User tasks
There are two options available: LQA and Statistics.
User statistics
Project Managers can see a list of tasks completed by each linguist along with the number of words processed by them.
Note
This option is available only for internal tasks, not subcontracted tasks.
The number of words processed by a given user is the value taken from Statistics - source words total count.
The statistics option can be accessed by Linguists if it has been activated by your XTM Cloud Administrator.
Select Configuration > Settings > Translation > Workflow and access > Linguist general options > Show statistics of finished tasks to linguist.
User LQA
LQA in Users > Edit user > Tasks > LQA lists all the LQAs performed by the user. XTM Cloud Administrators can download the LQA report or delete it from the list. Project Managers can additionally open the relevant project, in which the LQA has been performed, in the Project Editor.
Important
If the Confidential customers feature (Beta) has been enabled in your XTM Cloud instance (for details, see Confidential customer in Customer Editor – Edit), the LQA tab screen only contains results for the non-confidential customers and confidential customers to which both you and the relevant Linguist have been granted access (for details, see Adding user access rights).
If a Linguist has been granted access to three confidential customers, but you, as an XTM Cloud Administrator or a Project Manager, only have access to one of them, in the Quality tab screen, you only see the results for this one customer.
