Style Guide tab
To display the Style Guide tab screen, as a user with the XTM Cloud Administrator role, select Configuration > Settings. Then, in the left-hand side panel, select AI Control Center. Finally, in the AI Control Center screen, select the Style Guide sub-tab.
Important
The old Style Guide solution, created on the basis of the custom field (for details, see Data – Custom fields – Project custom fields), will be deprecated from XTM Cloud version 26.2.
Note
You can access, create and manage Style Guides in the Style Guide tab screen, even if the AI Translate & TQI feature is not enabled in your XTM Cloud instance. However, the data that you enter in this tab will not be used anywhere.
As an XTM Cloud Administrator, you can create and manage global-level Style Guides that Project Managers can use for their projects and in project templates. You can:
edit an existing Style Guide. You can edit the Style Guide's name and description. You can also add, change, and delete general and language-specific rules.
