Searching for LSPs

You can use the procedure below to restrict the Users > LSPs tab screen display to one or more specific LSPs. You can then, for example, edit the relevant LSP details.

  1. Select the Users > LSPs tab.

  2. Use one or more of the required search methods:

    • Use the required Operator to find LSPs that meet one or all of the search criteria. The operators apply to the Quick filters and the search field. The values are:

      • AND (default) – LSPs must meet all Quick filters criteria and the value entered in the search field, if relevant.

      • OR – LSPs must meet one of the Quick filters criteria or the value entered in the search field, if relevant.

    • Enter the search phrase in the search field and select the Search button. XTM Cloud will search by LSP name, email address of the LSP's contact person, and LSP ID. You can search for multiple LSP IDs at the same time. To do so, separate them with a vertical line | (pipe character), either surrounded by or without spaces. XTM Cloud will display all LSPs whose IDs match any of the provided values exactly.

      • 123 | 456 | 789


    • Use filters to display the relevant LSPs. You can filter LSPs by one or more categories. Depending on the selected Operator, the displayed LSPs must either meet just one or all of the filter criteria. The filters are:

      • Activity. To use this filter category, select the relevant option:

        • All (default) – both active and inactive LSPs are selected.

        • Active – LSPs that are active and can be assigned to new projects are selected.

        • Inactive – LSPs that have been deactivated, canceled, or archived and cannot be assigned to new projects are selected. Inactive LSPs are grayed out in the Users > LSPs list.

      • Languages. To use this filter category, select the Languages label. The Filter by language combination popup is displayed. In it, select options for the Source language and Target languages filters, as described below. You can use one or both filters at the same time. To display LSPs that meet filter criteria, select Apply. Your selected filter criteria are displayed in a chip above the table. To clear your selection, select the close icon close_X-mark_from-UX-team.svg on the right-hand side of the chip. Alternatively, select the Clear button in the Filter by language combination popup. The filters are:

        • Source language – in the dropdown list, select one source language.

          If you only use this filter, in the LSPs list, you only see LSPs that have the specified language among their source languages.

          If you also select one or more Target languages, in the LSPs list, you only see LSPs that have at least one of the specified language combinations. These combinations must consist of the selected source and any of the selected target languages.

        • Target languages – in the dropdown list, select one or more source languages. Your selected languages are displayed in the chips in the Target languages field. To clear your selection, select the close icon close_X-mark_from-UX-team.svg on the right-hand side of the relevant chip.

          If you only use this filter, in the LSPs list, you only see LSPs that have at least one of the specified languages among their target languages.

          If you also select a Source language, in the LSPs list, you only see LSPs that have at least one of the specified language combinations. These combinations must consist of the selected source and any of the selected target languages.

Result: XTM Cloud displays all LSPs that meet your search criteria. You can now manage the selected LSPs. For example, you can update their rate cards (for details, see New rate cards for LSPs).
