Deactivating XTM AI SmartContext at global level

As a user with the XTM Cloud Administrator role, you can deactivate the XTM AI SmartContext feature at global level. When you do so, this setting is no longer used in any projects created in your XTM Cloud instance.

Procedure. To deactivate the XTM AI SmartContext feature at global level:

  1. Select Configuration > Settings > AI Control Center > Features.

  2. In the Features tab screen, in the XTM AI SmartContext section, select the Manage button.

    Result: the XTM AI SmartContext settings pane is displayed on the right-hand side of the Features tab screen.

  3. Select the Deactivate button in the bottom left-hand corner of the XTM AI SmartContext settings pane.

    Result: the Deactivate XTM AI SmartContext popup is displayed.

  4. In the Deactivate XTM AI SmartContext popup, select:

    • Keep it on to keep the XTM AI SmartContext feature active.

    • Deactivate to disable the XTM AI SmartContext in your XTM Cloud instance.

    Result: the XTM AI SmartContext feature is inactive in your XTM Cloud instance. As a confirmation, the Activated black_circle_checkmark.svg label is no longer displayed in the bottom left-hand corner of the XTM AI SmartContext section.
