Deactivating Language Guard at global level

As a user with the XTM Cloud Administrator role, you can deactivate the Language Guard feature at global level. When you do so, Project Managers can no longer use the Language Guard QA check in any projects created in your XTM Cloud instance.

Procedure. To deactivate the Language Guard feature at global level:

  1. Select Configuration > Settings > AI Control Center > Features.

  2. In the Features tab screen, in the Language Guard section, select the Manage button.

    Result: the Language Guard settings pane is displayed on the right-hand side of the Features tab screen.

  3. Select the Deactivate button in the bottom left-hand corner of the Language Guard settings pane.

    Result: the Deactivate Language Guard popup is displayed.

  4. In the Deactivate Language Guard popup, select:

    • Keep it on to keep the Language Guard feature active.

    • Deactivate to disable the Language Guard in your XTM Cloud instance.

    Result: the Language Guard feature is inactive in your XTM Cloud instance. As a confirmation, the Activated black_circle_checkmark.svg label is no longer displayed in the bottom left-hand corner of the Language Guard section.
