Customizable columns in the Project list
As a user with the XTM Cloud Project Manager role, you can choose which data you want to display in the Projects > Project list tab screen and the sequence in which the columns are displayed. In addition to standard columns, you can also display data from any project custom fields that your XTM Cloud Administrator has created in your XTM Cloud instance (for details, see Project Custom Fields).
When you sort the columns, XTM Cloud saves the new sorting sequence. It displays the data in that sequence in the same session and after you log in again.
One example of the standard columns is the Expand/Collapse rows column. Use it to expand or collapse the relevant rows in the Projects > Project list tab screen:
To expand the selected row to see the full project information, select the chevron down icon
in the relevant project row.To expand all rows, select the chevron down icon
in the table header. To collapse the selected row to see only the preview of the project information, select the chevron up icon
in the relevant project row.To collapse all rows, select the chevron up icon
in the table header.XTM Cloud saves and displays the latest setting for this column in the same session and after you log in again.
Note
By default, the Expand/Collapse rows column is available for all Project Managers. To make it available for your Limited Project Managers, contact XTM Support:

Other examples of columns:
Analysis status – informs you about the current project analysis status. The possible statuses are:
Waiting for analysis – analysis of this project has not yet started. In XTM Cloud, a queue is created to handle project analysis. If many projects have been created before yours, your project might need to wait in the queue.
Analysis in progress – analysis of this project has started. Check the progress again in a couple of minutes. Analysis time depends on the project size.
Post-analysis actions – analysis of this project has finished. The project is undergoing additional preparation. To see details, open the project in the Project Editor and either select the General information (for details, see Project Editor: General information) or select the Workflow tab in the Beta Workflow Editor (for details, see Working in the Overview screen in the Beta Workflow Editor). Examples of post-analysis actions:
Statistics are saved.
Metrics and wordcount are updated.
Auto-assignments based on the workflow template are made.
The Intelligent Workflow feature (for details, see Global Intelligent Workflow settings) is prepared.
Partial failure – some of the project files could not be analyzed. To see details, open the project in the Project Editor and select the Workflow tab. Use the Beta Workflow Editor (see Working in the Overview screen in the Beta Workflow Editor).
Completed – both analysis of the project and post-analysis actions have been completed. You can now manage your project. For example, you can assign Linguists.
Cancelled – analysis of this project has been stopped manually, by a Project Manager. They can do so in the XTM Cloud user interface, in the:
Project Editor > General information tab screen. For details, see Cancelling project analysis in the Project Editor > General information tab screen.
Project Editor > Workflow (New Workflow Editor) tab screen. For details, see Cancelling project analysis in the Project Editor > Workflow > Overview tab screen.
Project list > Actions menu. For details, see Cancelling project analysis via the Project list > Actions menu.
