Configuring segmentation rules in a new template
Users with the XTM Cloud Administrator or Project Manager role can configure segmentation rules in a new template.
Note
By default, Limited Project Managers (LPMs) do not have access to the Filter templates tab screen. This can be changed by XTM Support.

If you want to configure segmentation rules and you do not find an existing template which is applicable to the same customer and/or file type, you need to create a template first.
You can configure segmentation rules in a new template at:

It is not possible to add a custom template at Global level.
You can only add segmentation configurations in the existing global template.
