What's new in XTM Cloud 26.1

XTM Cloud updates:

General updates

  • New languages have been added to XTM Cloud: Michif, Moose Cree, Northern East Cree, Plains Cree, Southern East Cree, and Woods Cree. Also, one language name has been changed in this XTM Cloud version, from Laothian to Laotian. For details, see Language codes.

Administrators

  • You can now import new rate cards for both internal users and LSPs using one XLSX file. For details, see Importing rate cards.

  • You can grant your internal users and LSPs access to all or selected confidential customers and their resources without giving them access to any non-confidential customers. For details, see:

Project Managers

  • You can now create new and modify or delete existing filter templates at global, customer, or project level. For details, see Filter templates. By default, Limited Project Managers (LPMs) do not have access to the Filter templates tab. This can be changed by XTM Support.

  • You can now adjust TM-related settings for a specific customer, project template, or newly created project. For details, see:

  • You can now monitor project analysis progress more closely:

    • The Analysis status column has been added to all sub-tab screens in Projects > Project list. For details, see Customizable columns in the Project list.

    • The Analyzing button has been added to the Projects > Project list > Simple search tab screen. You can use it to display projects that are currently being analyzed. For details, see Simple search tab.

    • An additional section is displayed in the Project Editor > General info tab screen. It gives you useful information about the current analysis status and about the number of jobs in the project that are being analyzed. For details, see Project Editor: General information.

    • An additional section is displayed in the Project Editor > Workflow tab screen (Beta Workflow Editor). It gives you useful information about the current analysis status and about the number of jobs in the project that are being analyzed. Also, a new Jobs with issues section is displayed to show the number of non-analyzable files in the project. For details, see Working in the Overview screen in the Beta Workflow Editor.
