Displaying the XTM Agent icon
Important
You can only communicate with XTM Agent by sending messages.

XTM Agent is an AI-driven feature. Its responses can contain incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information (often referred to as hallucinations). Ensure that you double-check XTM Agent's responses and recommendations.
If you have hidden the XTM Agent icon (for details, see Hiding the XTM Agent icon), but now need its assistance again, you need to display the XTM Agent icon again.
The icon is displayed once more when you log in to XTM Cloud again. But in this case, the XTM Agent conversation history is cleared when you log in for the second time.
To display the icon without ending your current login session, refresh the page. When the XTM Agent icon reappears and you reopen the XTM Agent chat box (for details, see Opening the XTM Agent chat box), your conversation history is displayed again. There are several ways to refresh the XTM Cloud page:
Standard refresh (which reloads the current page using cached resources): press F5 (or Fn + F5 on some Windows computers). You can also use Ctrl + R (Windows) or Cmd + R (Mac).
Hard refresh (which bypasses the browser cache): use Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
