Additional actions for tables

When you hover over a table, you can see some of these additional options, above the relevant table:

  • Reset icon turn-left-solid__1_.svg. This icon is only displayed for some tables and only if you have made any changes to them. Select it to restore the default view for the relevant table.

  • Create & view alerts icon alerts_bell_plus_icon.svg. Select this icon to set a new alert or manage existing alerts.

    • If no alerts have been created yet, you see the Create Alert popup. In it, you can set the required details for your alert, such as its name, description, recipient list, alert rules, its start date and frequency. Recipients will receive email notifications in accordance with the settings that you have made.

    • If you have already created some alerts, you see the Alerts popup. In it, you can manage the existing alerts: activate, deactivate, edit, or delete them. You can also create new alerts. To do so, select the Add new alert button. You see the Create Alert popup. In it, make all the required settings.

  • Drill up from... to... icon arrow_up_blue.svg. This icon is only displayed for some tables and is only active if it is still possible to move to the higher-level data. Click the icon once to go up one level in the data hierarchy.

  • Drill down from... to... icon arrow_down_blue.svg. This icon is only displayed for some tables and is only active if it is still possible to move to the lower-level data. Click the icon once to go down one level in the data hierarchy.

  • View applied filters icon bars_filter_blue.svg. When you select this icon, you see the Applied filters pane on the right-hand side of the screen. In it, all the filters that you have selected are displayed.

  • More icon ellipsis_vertical_blue.svg. When you select this icon, these additional options can be displayed:

    • Sort by. Select this option to sort data in the table by a specific data category, either in ascending or descending order.

    • Reset. This option is only active if you have changed the setting for a particular table. Select this option to revert to the default table view.

    • Export. Select this option to export the selected table. The Export Data popup is displayed. In it, select the appropriate settings and then select Export in the bottom right-hand corner of the popup. You can:

      • select the Name for your export file.

      • select the relevant format, in the Export As section:

        • CSV (default).

        • CSV (Excel).

        • Google Sheets.

      • use the Keep value formatting checkbox in the Options section:

        • selected: the exported data will be editable.

        • cleared: the exported data will NOT be editable.
